Established in 1973, MEA Financial Services is a member owned corporation whose focus has been to provide quality programs and resources for MEA and MEA-Retired members and their families.

"MEA Financial Services, Inc. 403(b) Plan Manager" is an independent Third Party Administrator, whose mission is to provide, at no cost to the employer, the administrative services to keep schools compliant under the new IRS regulations that are effective January 1, 2009.

We provide a plan document, adoption agreement, and by request a “sample” Board Resolution to use as a guideline.
